How to Use

•Move Each Pair Of Red And White Beads To Either End Of The Belt.

•Step In Between The Two White Beads.

•Place The Belt Around Your Waist.

•Adjust The Two White Beads So That The Belt Fits You Comfortably.

•Loop One End Of The Tab End Twice Between The End Of The Belt And The Red Bead.

•Push The Red Bead Down Tight Against The Pad.

•Repeat The Same On The Other Side.
